We are now looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and build an internal team that elevates our brand and drives predictable inbound growth.
Job Overview
This is a senior role with full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. You will shape our brand, strengthen our reputation, and build a marketing engine that delivers awareness, trust, and leads.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will initially work as a standalone marketer before growing a team over the next 6–12 months.
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
* Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO optimisation, Google Ads campaigns, email marketing, social media management, and B2B marketing initiatives.
* Manage content creation and copywriting for various platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to monitor campaign performance, analyse data trends, and generate actionable insights.
* Coordinate with external agencies or vendors specialising in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and other creative or technical services.
* Organise project timelines using project management tools to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
* Drive brand awareness through strategic content planning, social media engagement, and optimisation of online presence via WordPress websites.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within target markets including B2B sectors.
* Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders or external clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Strong management skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Extensive knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and WordPress.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content creation; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential.
* Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
* Effective communication skills in English; ability to present ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
* Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on organisational growth initiatives is desirable.
