They have a growing client base and an excellent professional reputation to uphold.
As the property and conveyancing team continues to grow, there is an increase in compliance and admin needs to support them.
An exciting role has been opened for a go -ahead, well -organised compliance administrator to join the team and manage the increased compliance requirements.
This role requires an organised administrator from a legal firm who is experienced in Compliance requirements for a law firm and understands about Anti money Laundering documents and proof of wealth and funds.
Requirements
* Open new client files and close completed property files
* Ensure all new clients are onboarding quickly and efficiently
* Checking for Nationality proof and ID documents.
* Requiring proof of funds and banking information.
* Make wealth checks and ensure pay slips and savings are correct as stated.
* Reviewing Anti Money Laundering questionnaires and requirements
* Make sure clients are compliant in all areas of the sale or purchase of a property.
* General day -to -day office administration
* Assisting the property team on all legal requirements for their files
* Running a neat and efficient desk for the department to function
