What you will do:
Manage and lead the Support & Safeguarding team to ensure high standards of practice
Oversee the delivery of services that prioritise the safety and welfare of children and their families
Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies that align with organisational goals
Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement
Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and project outcomes
Implement and promote a culture of learning and development within the team
