As a Programme Planner, you'll be at the heart of delivering some of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects - ensuring schedules drive certainty, efficiency, and innovation. You'll work within a multi-disciplinary environment, developing and assuring integrated schedules, engaging with the supply chain, and supporting performance reporting. By helping to identify risks and opportunities, drive efficiencies, and provide clarity, you'll play a vital role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Partner with supply chain teams to assure contract compliance of schedule deliverables.
* Build, maintain, and assure integrated schedules that drive alignment with project goals.
* Track and report on progress, providing accurate updates, variance analysis, and forecasts.
* Support month-end reporting cycles with timely, high-quality data.
* Facilitate workshops, peer reviews, and supplier engagement sessions.
* Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to highlight interfaces, risks, and mitigations.
Qualifications
* Solid scheduling expertise, including Primavera P6.
* Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Confidence building schedules from first principles and reviewing supplier submissions.
* Understanding of schedule hierarchy, integration, and change control.
* Familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contracts.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, project management, or related field. (Desirable)
* Knowledge of QSRA, design processes, and CDM. (Desirable)
* Experience in stakeholder management. (Desirable)
* Membership of APM, AACE, PMI or similar (with certifications). (Desirable)
* Experience using Power BI and other reporting/analytics tools. (Desirable)
* Nuclear sector experience. (Desirable)
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Hybrid working with 2-3 days on site (London or Suffolk).
