Role
Working as part of the Bright Flex/Bank team, you will support colleagues with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will engage children in entertaining and educational activities, encourage development towards key milestones, and perform essential day‑to‑day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
* Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable
