Working closely with the Head of Finance, you’ll operate at the centre of the business – collaborating across teams and contributing to the financial foundations that support SunGod’s continued growth. The role offers scope to expand responsibilities and develop into a senior finance leader as the organisation evolves.

* Prepare the monthly management accounts pack for the senior leadership team.
* Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure all accounts are clean and fully reconciled.
Inventory & Cost of Goods

* Calculate and post landed cost adjustments for stock imported from China via the 3PL partner (OCF).
* Monitor stock movements between Airtable, ShipStation (OMS) and Xero to ensure accuracy.
Trade Payables & Receivables
* Manage supplier payment runs and maintain aged creditor schedules.
* Support B2B invoicing and aged debtor management in collaboration with the Commercial team.
* Assist with licensed product reconciliations and royalty tracking.
Systems & Process
* Work within Xero as the core accounting platform and maintain a clean chart of accounts.
* Develop and improve finance processes, templates and internal controls as the business grows.
* Support the Head of Finance with ad‑hoc analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
