Gailarde is a familyrunbusiness established in 1979 as a wholesale supplier of textilesand is now one of the UKs largest suppliers of linen beddingfurniture and homeware. Originating as a wholesale textile supplierweve consistently expanded our wholesale operations YoY. Inaddition to this steady growth weve recently made exciting stridesinto the DirectToConsumer (DTC) sector with our own brand UniKitOutand the newly acquired noah Starter Kits which we added to ourportfolio in May 2023.

About the Role UniKitOut PartnershipManager
Were looking for anexperienced individual whos looking to make their mark within anewly formed Marketing team within a larger organisation. Reportingto the Head of Marketing this is a rewarding role which will beinstrumental to our growth over the nextyear.
Key Responsibilities (Day toDay)
* Cultivate andnurture new & existing partnerships with universities andPBSAs across the UK a partnership is at no cost to the provider& offers an enhanced arrival process for theirstudents.
* Drive business developmentinitiatives to expand UniKitOuts network ofcollaborators.
* Collaborate with stakeholders totailor partnership proposals that align with UniKitOuts values andgoals.
* Present the unique benefits ofpartnering with UniKitOut to potentialcollaborators.
* Negotiate and finalisepartnership agreements ensuring terms are favorable for all partiesinvolved.

About You
What werelooking for
* Provenexperience in business development and partnership management thisrole will consist of assisting with the management of our 300existing University & PBSApartnerships.
* Strong communication andnegotiation skills & ability to target potentialpartnerships & build longstanding relationships withexisting partners.
* Understanding of theeducation sector and student accommodationlandscape.
* Ability to identify and capitalizeon businessopportunities.

* At least 23 yearsexperience in Business Development andSales.
* Proven track record of developingmanaging and executing strategic dealsindependently.
* Highly organised good writtenskills and incredible attention todetail.
* Selfstarter with strong stakeholdermanagement skills.
* Experience within Marketingis advantageous.
* Meticulous in your approachwith the ability to prioritise effectively and meetdeadlines.
* A positive attitude full of ideasand work well under pressure working independently to drawconclusions and take action.
* Change (andsometimes chaos!) doesnt faze youas a startup and a growing team wepride ourselves in our agility and ability to change direction andour job tasks asneeded.
