This facility is undergoing significant investment to expand its capabilities and increase automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead your production line team to achieve daily targets and key metrics. Maximise line efficiency, product quality, and use of labour and equipment. Perform pre-operational checks and ensure high standards of hygiene and compliance. Monitor break times, maintain accurate records, and report deviations. Collaborate with QAs and other departments to resolve issues promptly. Coach and support operators to meet quality standards and line performance goals. Understand and react to hourly performance vs. plan. ✅ Ideal Candidate: Background in food manufacturing or FMCG production. Proven team leadership skills within a factory or production environment.
