Responsibilities:
7. Responding to new referrals from professionals and members of the public
8. Signposting people to other agencies or completing an assessment of need, investigating allegations so that children/young people are protected from harm
9. Managing a varied and complex caseload
10. Undertaking Court Work
11. Writing concise reports/court statements
12. Working well within a team and with external agencies
To be considered for the Social Worker ideally you will have:
13. BSc Social Work or equivalent
14. Experience of working in a 'Children's Duty and Assessment' team (desirable)
15. Demonstrable skills in engaging children/young people through a variety of direct work methods
16. SWE England Registration
