Role Description
The role forms part of the Husqvarna UK field sales team, managing the specialist Forest and Garden machinery Dealer Network across a specified regional territory.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
* Implement company sales and marketing strategies within the territory.
* Achieve sales turnover and margin targets for the territory.
* Manage and grow the dealer business within the territory.
* Ensure dealers comply with the Husqvarna Selective Distribution Agreement (SELDIS).
* Achieve coverage across all product categories with all dealers within the territory.
* Manage trade marketing activities to encourage sell-through within the dealer network.
* Oversee dealer payment behavior in line with Accounts Receivable Department guidelines.
* Gather market and competitor intelligence.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Previous sales and account management experience (Garden machinery or other industries).
* A team player who can work independently and has a self-starter attitude.
* Commercially astute, numerate, with an understanding of pricing, costs, and profitability.
* Shows initiative and a desire for development.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
