Day Rate: £500 Inside IR35
Based: UK
Contract Length: 6 Months
As a German-speaking designer, you’ll be instrumental in bridging communication with German-speaking stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration across international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of design projects and drive them from concept to execution
* Collaborate with global teams (Spain, Hyderabad) and key stakeholders
* Lead usability improvements and modernise the front-end experience
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement user-centric solutions
* Communicate effectively in German and English with internal and external stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Strong stakeholder management skills—able to align different teams and push initiatives forward
* Proven experience in leading UX/product design projects
* Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive project success
* Experience modernising and working on large-scale transformation projects
* Experience working within a B2B SaaS organisation
