Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, assessments, and care plans. Provide training and education to individuals, families, and other professionals on issues related to learning disabilities. Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
