Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Record breakdown information accurately and generate job cards for tracking. Schedule and book services, repairs, and maintenance appointments. Update customers on the progress of repairs and resolve queries effectively. Liaise with engineers to obtain job updates and ensure timely completion of work. Arrange maintenance for engineers' service vans. Handle administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and document distribution to relevant customers. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
