The Role:
We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher who will:

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Proven leadership experience, ideally within SEND settings.

Strong understanding of autism and complex needs.

Experience across primary and secondary phases is desirable.

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
