Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver brand strategy and growth initiatives across the 4P's Drive consumer and market agenda, shaping insight-led core and innovation strategies Lead the innovation pipeline, including global/local innovation, renovation, and licensing initiatives Partner with sales, category and cross-functional teams to execute channel and customer strategies Own and present annual category growth plans to key customers Line manage, coach and develop a Brand Manager, while building capability and culture across the team Act as brand champion, inspiring passion internally and externally What We're Looking For Experience & Skills 7 years' experience in marketing/brand management, ideally in FMCG Proven track record of delivering brand and business results at senior level Strong P&L understanding and commercial acumen Excellent data and insight-led decision-making Leadership Strategic thinker and storyteller with strong communication skills Ability to inspire, influence and galvanise teams within a matrix environment Pragmatic problem solver with a collaborative approach Passion for building positive team culture Consumer Focus Deep consumer curiosity and external orientation Creative and innovative approach to brand strategy and consumer engagement
