What are we looking for? We are particularly interested in SEND teacher’s with experience supporting pupils with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) ADHD, ADD, or associated behavioural needs The ideal SEND Teacher will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent Have experience working within SEND or alternative provision settings Demonstrate strong behaviour management and differentiation strategies Be confident teaching across Key Stages 2 and 3 Experience with a Nurture Curriculum Bring a calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching Have the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families At TeacherActive, we’re proud to offer ongoing support, development opportunities, and a personal approach.
