The Reliability Engineer will play a key role within the multi-disciplinary maintenance team. The role is responsible for improving equipment reliability, plant availability, and maintenance effectiveness through the implementation of reliability engineering principles, predictive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Reliability Engineer will analyse equipment performance, identify failure modes, and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency while supporting a safe and sustainable working environment.
