What You’ll Do: Drive Loan Success: Partner with the Lending and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth, timely loan completions from start to finish. Be a Key Player: Oversee due diligence, manage critical documents, and ensure the seamless release of funds. Build Relationships: Work closely with customers, brokers, and solicitors to provide first-class service, keeping everyone updated and informed. Manage Accounts: Monitor payments, handle queries, and proactively manage accounts in arrears to ensure a smooth customer experience. Lead with Excellence: Ensure compliance with regulations and handle customer complaints with professionalism and care. What We’re Looking For: Mortgage Expertise: At least 3 years of experience with BTL, Bridging, Commercial, and Development loans. Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working in a PRA/FCA regulated environment. Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
