Our client, a leading city law firm, is seeking a paralegal with over 6 months of experience in commercial property to join their successful department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and progress your career.
The Role:
* Preparation and management of documentation, including contracts, leases, and sale and purchase agreements
* Conducting title searches and reviews
* Reviewing commercial leases
* Assisting with closings
* Legal research
The Requirements:
* Strong academic background
* Approximately 6+ months of experience as a commercial property paralegal
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest and eagerness to develop within property law
