Customer Service Advisor - IT Support\n\nSalary: £12.60 per hour (Living Wage Employer)\n\nLocation: Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M41 7HA\n\nHours: 35 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, 7am - 6pm\n\nManpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Customer Service Advisor, working with our client, Capgemini based at Trafford Park.\n\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers.\n\nYour main responsibility is to provide 1st line IT support to Capgemini's clients.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nRespond to incoming requests via telephone, email, and web chat\nLog all requests in the appropriate call logging software\nAssign calls to relevant support teams\nAction Back Office requests as and when required\nAdvise customers and support teams of known problems/workarounds\nEnsure customers are kept updated with the progress of their request\nContribute to overall achievements by maintaining agreed personal targets \n\nA background in Customer Service would be beneficial, however full training will be provided to ensure you are successful in your role.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n\nEffective communication skills, both verbally and in writing\nGenuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service\nA keen willingness to learn and adapt\nThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment\nStrong analytical skills\nAbility to work under pressure \n\nIf you feel that you fit the above criteria, then apply today
