Cleaning Manager My client is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven cleaning manager to oversee operations across a large, distinguished site in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure high standards across all areas. Deliver services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and health & safety regulations. Conduct audits, manage rotas, and oversee stock and equipment. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to operational needs. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing cleaning services in a large or complex environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
