Permanent Lead Product Designer | Up to £100K DOE | London
Few&Far working on an exciting Lead Product Designer role at a B-Corp high-growth consumer startup.
They’re a truly AI Native and design-led company: design isn’t just there to ship features, but to validate and learn; facilitating workshops and cross-functional conversations. They’re building a consumer-facing platform around utilities, insurance and subscription services - and after just one year of product-market fit, they’re scaling rapidly.
The role offers:
* End-to-end design ownership, with real influence on product direction in a growth-attuned company
* Fast-paced roadmap: insurance launch, subscription optimisation, AI-native chat and WhatsApp interfaces

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
