Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience in Primary, EYFS, or SEN education settings
Strong understanding of Autism and effective SEN strategies
Confident in classroom and behaviour management
Passionate about delivering engaging, differentiated learning experiences
Reflective, resilient, and a collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities
Teach small groups of pupils in Years 3-6, tailoring learning to individual needs
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment for pupils with Autism
Work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure consistent and effective support
Monitor progress and set personalised, achievable learning goals
Contribute to the wider school community and development of SEN provision
