We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our Appointment Setting team. This role is central to our strategy of increasing new customer acquisitions by effectively leading, managing and motivating the team to exceed targets in booked appointments for our New Business Development team. Priority Responsibilities Direct and oversee the appointment setting team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to perform their roles effectively. Develop and implement strategies for appointment setting and lead management to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Manage the CRM system to ensure it is used to its full potential, driving efficiency and effectiveness in tracking sales activities and customer engagements. Monitor team performance against set targets, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement. Work closely with Sales Managers and their teams to ensure alignment of goals and seamless transfer of leads and customer information. Generate regular reports on team performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to inform business decisions. Continuously evaluate and improve appointment setting and CRM processes to increase productivity and effectiveness.
