Responsibilities
* Support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes within our developments.
* Provide personal care and meal support as part of a caring, reliable team.
* Help customers feel safe, respected, and valued through compassionate assistance.
Purpose of Job
Work within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible within their own homes; providing personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs, promoting positive outcomes for customers.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in care or working with older/vulnerable people
* SVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong communication and basic IT skills
* A respectful, inclusive approach to working with older people
* A team spirit and willingness to support others
What We Offer
* Hourly Rate: £13.00
* Hours: 15 per week on a rolling rota
* Shifts: Flexible morning and back shifts (7:30am–10:00pm), including weekends
* Contract: Permanent
* Location: On-site at our Bellshill Later Living Development

Please note: this role is subject to satisfactory interview, references, and a PVG check. You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe, and commit to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification.
