You will be working as part of a nationally recognized brand and will be responsible for overseeing a payroll department that successfully processes weekly and monthly payrolls for over 2,000 employees during this transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team responsible for overseeing a large in-house payroll
2. Maintain best practices and ensure positive team morale
3. Manage overpayments
4. Compile process notes for upcoming office relocation
5. Liaise with key stakeholders within the business
6. Conduct one-to-one appraisals and performance reviews
7. Resolve escalated complex pension and payroll queries
