Business Development Executive - Central London, £40k Commission Role Summary We’re seeking a motivated BDE to help drive early pipeline through inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced sales leaders and receive structured onboarding and coaching. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified meetings through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow‑up. Run targeted sales campaigns to grow brand presence in key markets. Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records. Partner with Account Executives to penetrate target accounts. Communicate the company values to stakeholders from HR managers to C‑Suite. Conduct account research and support event-based lead generation. Requirements 1 year sales development experience (enterprise preferred). Goal‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders. Strong organization, creativity, and ability to exceed targets. Experience with MS Office and Salesforce required.
