Quoting & Commercial Oversight: Prepare quotes for small works and follow-on jobs; coordinate engineer availability and seek approvals. Invoicing & Financial Admin: Process invoices accurately and promptly upon job completion. Job Tracking & Closure: Maintain up-to-date records with notes, photos, and documentation. Supplier Coordination: Order and track materials while liaising with suppliers for timely delivery. Issue Resolution: Address delays and complications swiftly and efficiently.
