Chef De Parties
to join us at one of the UK’s most unique Papa John’s venues—one of only two restaurant-style locations in the country offering a full dine-in and buffet experience. This isn’t your typical takeaway; it’s a vibrant kitchen where you’ll help create unforgettable pizza moments as part of the holiday magic!
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen. You will: Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section. Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and mentor Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support as needed. You’ll enjoy a guaranteed
35 hours per week
, working on a rota of 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Our shifts require flexibility, ranging from early starts at 7 AM to late finishes—especially during our Big Weekenders when the Papa John's pizza van stays open until 4 AM! Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 relocating to the area, subject to a DBS check.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for individuals with experience in a similar role. Ideally, you will hold a
Level 3 Food Safety qualification
, though this is not essential. Your responsibilities will include: Managing margins and controlling costs. Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
