Our Real Estate team is looking to hire a Plot Sales Assistant. If you have experience managing new build plot sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Our residential development team acts for a number of renowned national and regional house builders, supporting them on a wide range of development projects. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded team and play a key role in delivering plot sales transactions from reservation through to completion.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of plot sales matters, working closely with developer clients and a range of other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly. There is also the opportunity to assist the wider residential development team on a variety of development matters.
