Responsibilities
1. Dealing with inbound or outbound customer calls, understanding their needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions.
2. Answering calls promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer experience, and adhering to business standards.
3. Processing correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations.
4. Completing all workflow activities according to approved processes.
5. Complying with all procedures, customer service standards, and external regulations.
6. Achieving and maintaining required competencies for the role.
7. Handling customer complaints within the company's complaints procedure.
Essential Criteria
1. Engaging personal communication style.
2. Positive attitude, resilience, adaptability, receptiveness, and articulation.
3. Experience in sales or service, preferably in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, or hospitality.
