Clackmannanshire Council are recruiting for a temporary (to June ) 1fte Educational Psychologist to take forward the next steps in the delivery of an equitable, efficient and excellent Educational Psychology Service.
We are a small but diverse multi-disciplinary team working on a number of key local and national priorities alongside delivering the full range of Educational Psychology functions to our children, families and school communities.
As a strong, values-driven team we seek to work with creativity and innovation as we respond to the multiple challenges and increased levels of need within our population.
The preferred post-holder will be able to demonstrate their core values throughout their practice, and be open to exploring new ways of working as we continue to self-evaluate our way towards excellence of service delivery.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and / or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council. Further guidance will follow in your conditional offer of employment on how to apply. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38, per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
