The Role – Behaviour Support Worker
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis. The role involves working with secondary-aged pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education due to behavioural challenges. You’ll work closely with staff to provide 1:1 and small group support, de-escalate incidents and build trust with students to help them re-engage in learning.
