Junior Executive Assistant to Founder @Moth MGMT
MOTH Mgmt is a talent management and production agency representing a new wave of creators and digital talent — from YouTubers and podcasters to content‑led personalities shaping culture across platforms.
We help talent grow their content, expand their reach, and build long‑term careers across entertainment, media, and IP.
We’re looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to the Founder who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving creator and media environment. You’ll play a key role supporting the founder across daily operations, talent management workflows, and internal coordination — helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Role Overview
This is a high‑trust, fast‑paced support role working directly with the founder. You’ll help manage schedules, communications, internal projects, and creator‑related workflows across the business.
The role blends executive support, operational coordination, and creator‑industry awareness. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to talent management, digital media, and the creator economy while working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Founder Support
* Manage the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings with creators, brands, partners, and internal teams.
* Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow‑ups to ensure key actions are tracked and completed.
* Assist with inbox management, prioritising communications and flagging important messages.
* Coordinate travel, logistics, and schedules for events, shoots, and industry meetings.
Business & Operational Coordination
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the agency by keeping internal trackers, documents, and workflows organised.
* Help coordinate internal projects across talent managers, production, and brand teams.
* Maintain CRM systems, job sheets, and key business documents.
* Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings or pitches.
Creator & Content Workflow Support
* Help track content schedules across YouTube channels, podcasts, and creator campaigns.
* Coordinate assets and deliverables between creators, editors, managers, and brand partners.
* Support upload planning and content rollout schedules where required.
* Ensure deadlines, approvals, and campaign deliverables are tracked and communicated.
Reporting & Organisation
* Assist with compiling reports and summaries for campaigns, partnerships, or creator performance.
* Maintain organised folders for contracts, assets, and project materials.
* Support light administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and expense tracking.
About You
* 1–2 years’ experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operations role within media, talent, or digital content.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail — you’re comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
* Excellent communication skills and confident working with creators, partners, and internal teams.
* A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs and help keep things moving.
* Strong organisational tools experience (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar).
* Interest in YouTube, podcasts, creator culture, and digital media.
