Join a leading consultancy as a Project Manager delivering strategic change for a major financial services client!
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive high‑impact transformation within a dynamic Agile environment. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery activities, embed strong delivery practices, and ensure change lands successfully across a complex organisation.
* Location: Northampton (up to 3 days per week on-site))
* Contract Rate: £360 per day via umbrella (inside IR35)
* Contract Length: Until 31/12/2026
* End Client: Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Agile project delivery, including sprint planning and Kanban management aligned to the Product Owner roadmap.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and blockers that impact delivery progress.
* Maintain accurate and transparent delivery reporting for stakeholders.
* Drive and embed delivery disciplines, cadence, and standards within the feature team.
* Manage vendor relationships, including running RFP processes and overseeing contracts.
* Oversee project financials, resourcing, and forecasting against agreed budgets.
* Ensure delivery outputs meet agreed time, cost, and quality expectations.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience delivering change within large, complex organisations.
* Strong background in Agile methodologies and sprint‑based delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solution‑focused approach.
* Good understanding of financial services environments and regulatory impacts.
* Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.
