Qi Ltd is an established IT consultancy based in Ampthill. We support customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Microsoft 365, Sage 50 and Cim50.
We're looking for someone friendly, curious, and keen to learn to join our Support Team and help customers get the most out of the business‑critical systems they rely on every day.
About the role
This is a hands‑on, problem‑solving role where you'll spend your day helping customers use their systems effectively, diagnosing issues, and working with the team to put practical solutions in place.
You'll be supported from day one, with full training provided and ongoing development as you grow into the role. We're based in Ampthill with free on‑site parking and easy access to public transport.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers needing help with their systems
* Speaking with customers by phone and remote access to understand issues and requirements
* Logging, managing and following issues through to resolution
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver effective, practical solutions
As you develop, you'll also start supporting project work, system migrations, and customer training on new features.
Helpful experience (not essential)
* A background in Computing, IT or Maths
* Customer service or support experience
* Exposure to ERP, MRP or accounting systems
Essential
* Clear, confident communication with customers and colleagues
* A genuine interest in IT and how business systems work
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
