I am exclusively representing a specialist Building Consultancy in Newmarket who are actively hiring as part of their 2026 strategic growth plan. This isn’t a standard "graduate rotation" role; this is a strategic hire for a surveyor ready to step up.
You are likely at a larger corporate firm, perhaps in Cambridge or London. You’ve got the brand name on your CV, but you might be pigeonholed into specific workstreams—dilapidations or repetitive inspections—struggling to get the Contract Administration and Design/Spec hours required for your Critical Analysis.
Moving mid-diary feels risky. But staying somewhere where you aren\'t getting the Level 2 and 3 experience is riskier.
