The Role:
* Deliver valuation and advisory services across a range of healthcare assets
* Develop expertise in trading valuations, including care homes and specialist healthcare facilities
* Undertake inspections, research and report writing in line with RICS standards
* Support senior colleagues on complex instructions and portfolio work
* Contribute to business development and client engagement activities
* Build strong market knowledge within this specialist sector
About You:
* Ideally MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification (minimum ~18 months APC experience considered)
* Background in valuation, agency or related general practice discipline
* Strong analytical and report writing skills
* Interest in developing a specialism within healthcare property
* Confident communicator with good client-facing ability
* Full UK driving licence
