The successful Computing Teacher will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop strong computational thinking and digital literacy skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver stimulating Computing Teacher lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, covering programming, data science, and digital technologies.
* Prepare students effectively for GCSE Computer Science examinations and practical assessments.
* Foster a creative and problem-solving environment where students can explore the world of computer science.
* Assess and monitor student progress in computing, providing constructive and informative feedback as a Computing Teacher.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Computer Science or Computing.
* Demonstrated experience in teaching Computing at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).
* A strong and comprehensive understanding of programming languages, algorithms, and computer systems.
