Reporting to the Capability Manager, you’ll work closely with Area Managers and Centre Managers to ensure training outcomes are achieved and staff are supported in their professional development.Operating within a complex business environment, you’ll navigate competing stakeholder needs while ensuring our teams are equipped to meet sales, service, and compliance goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and oversee induction coaching to ensure new staff reach full competency within three months of starting* Monitor and coach staff performance to build individual and team capability* Maintain expert knowledge of AA products, systems, and processes—both financial and non-financial* Partner with Area Managers to identify development opportunities and support Centre Managers in creating effective action plans* Contribute to the design, review, and delivery of Channel-specific learning resources* Use data and feedback to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions**About You | Mōu**To thrive as a Capability Coach, you’ll bring a strong blend of coaching expertise, business insight, and a genuine passion for learning and development. You’re someone who motivates others, drives performance, and adapts confidently in a fast-paced environment.
