We’re looking for a Workplace Facilities Assistant to join our team – someone organized, proactive, and passionate about keeping the workplace running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Workplace Facilities Manager and teams with day-to-day workplace operations.
* Coordinate services such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and general facilities support.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and workplace management systems.
* Act as the main point of contact for employees, contractors, and suppliers.
* Support health, safety, and ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance across all workplace activities.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with new workplace initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within facilities management or workplace services.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and workplace management systems.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a positive workplace experience.
