This is a senior sales role, ideal for someone wanting to build a career in retail and take that next step from Sales Associate towards becoming a Supervisor. Visual Merchandising experience preferred.
About the role:
* Opening and closing the store including cashing up
* Leading and driving the sales team to achieve store goals
* Delegation and direction of the team to ensure store operations are completed efficiently
* Coaching the team and assisting store management in providing strong constructive feedback to enhance their development
* Collaborating with and being part of the leadership team in store
* Keen interest in Visual Merchandising, with proven experience in this area
About you:
* 3-5 years retail experience (preferably clothing retail) with exceptional and proven customer service skills
* Experience in a keyholding / supervisor / store leadership role
