Overview
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will join our Facilities Cleaning Team based at Ravenshall Primary School in Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury WF12.
Your role involves general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure internal school facilities are cleaned to the required standard as directed by the Facilities Assistant and/or Superintendent.
You will be working with a team of school cleaners for 12 ½ hours per week – Monday to Friday, 3.30pm – 6pm during term time; then your 12 ½ hours will be scheduled between 8am – 4pm during school holidays.

Responsibilities
* Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, etc.
* Damp-wipe tables, chairs, desks and hard surfaces
* Vacuum all soft floors and carpets, including barrier matting
* Clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
* Adhere to colour-coding directives and regularly change mop heads, cloths, and other equipment
Qualifications
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals, including COSHH
* Cleaning experience in a school environment is preferred; full training will be provided
* Appointment subject to satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
