We are recruiting Qualified TAs to work across primary and secondary schools in Norwich. These roles often involve supporting pupils with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs in busy classroom environments.
The Role
Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
Supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Helping create a safe, focused learning environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a recognised TA qualification or equivalent experience.
Is confident working in structured, sometimes challenging settings.
Communicates calmly and clearly with pupils.
Is reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
Builds positive relationships with students and staff.
