Now, we're looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team and help us continue making a real impact.

Our respite service offers short breaks in a safe, supportive environment. It's a chance for individuals to thrive, and for families to recharge, knowing their loved ones are in trusted hands.
What You'll Do
You'll provide person-centred care in all aspects of daily life, including:
* Personal care and medication
* Fun, engaging activities
* Promoting dignity, independence, and choice
Shift Patterns
Our rota includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
What You'll Bring
* A caring nature and strong communication skills
* Team spirit and reliability
* An SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Experience in a social care setting and qualifications as required by the SSSC
