* 5 years of experience in program or project management.
* 2 years of experience in a role measured by quantitative data or business metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
* 4 years of experience using data analysis to identify needs and measure impact within an operations organization.
* Experience designing and managing learning solutions to meet regulatory requirements, preferably within a product-oriented role.
* Experience partnering with external suppliers or agent-based programs to improve operational metrics and meet compliance standards.
* Ability to balance quality and cost across a large, agent-based program and achieve performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the job
This role focuses on aggregate learning in areas such as Google product policies and proprietary tools. You will collaborate with teams across gUP and gTech to support product launches and regulatory training.
Responsibilities
* Manage the lifecycle of high-impact learning solutions, aligning stakeholders around objectives and plans.
* Develop strategies to improve operational metrics and training ROI within gTech Users and Products (gUP).
* Create and maintain a comprehensive, compliant training framework, including asset creation and supplier engagement standards.
* Partner with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, analyze quality trends, and support business goals like product and tool launches.
* Work with suppliers to develop programs that improve customer experience metrics.
