About the Role
The role is an entry‑level executive search position designed for ambitious graduates who want to build a long‑term career in high‑performance recruitment. You will receive training across the full executive search lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, market mapping, candidate engagement, negotiation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support live executive search mandates for senior leadership hires.
* Engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
* Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify senior talent.
* Support business development activity across existing and new client accounts.
* Assist in negotiation and end‑to‑end deal management.
* Participate in client presentations, pitches, and candidate interviews.
* Develop strong market knowledge to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
* Learn to originate and convert high‑value mandates.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent), plus ambition, drive, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and commercial awareness.
* Confidence in fast‑paced, performance‑led environments.
* High resilience and accountability.
* Experience in sales, business development, marketing, consulting, or competitive sports is advantageous.
* Strong time‑management, work ethic, and aptitude for sales processes.
* Motivated by progression, responsibility, and earning potential.
* Competitive mentality with proven track record from sporting or academic achievements.
