The Opportunity
We are working with an exciting, fast growing business in Cambridge that sits at the intersection of engineering, technology, and product development
This is not a standard marketing role. It is a chance to step into a highly creative position in a business that is constantly building, testing, and launching. The workspace is modern and collaborative with access to dedicated studio style facilities for photography and video production
If you want to be at the heart of the action capturing, creating, and sharing content that really tells a story, this is the role for you
You will bring the brand to life capturing behind the scenes moments, product builds, events, and turning them into engaging content across multiple platforms. This is a hands on role for someone who is creative, proactive, and ready to make things happen
Key Responsibilities
* Create high quality content for social platforms including video, photography, graphics, and copy
* Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule
* Capture real-time content including product development and behind-the-scenes activity
* Use on site studio style facilities for content production
* Support campaigns, launches, and wider brand activities
* Update website content including Squarespace and Shopify
* Use analytics and SEO insights to optimise performance
* Contribute ideas and creative direction to keep content fresh and engaging
* Support events as needed including occasional out of hours coverage
What They Are Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
* Strong skills in video, photography, and content production
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Video editing skills such as Premiere Pro or similar
* Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
* Hands on, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Desirable
* Knowledge of SEO and analytics
* Experience with Squarespace or Shopify
* Photography and videography expertise
* Interest in Cycling, technology or engineering
