How will you do it?
Caring for our customers.
Be confident in providing accurate, expert knowledge on the supply of medicines and services, ensuring customers know we're here to help.
Build strong relationships within the Pharmacy team and inspire high standards to ensure the best care for our customers and patients.
Identify areas for improvement in services or customer care, helping us optimize team performance.
What you’ll be doing day to day.
Leading dispensing activities, working with teams to accurately check prescriptions while meeting regulatory standards.
Inspiring your team to excel and providing personable customer service that builds trust.
Your duties will include:
• Ensuring legal, safe, and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy
• Conducting final accuracy checks for prescriptions after clinical review by a pharmacist
• Complying with legal and professional guidelines in Boots
• Tailoring conversations to inform and reassure customers about their healthcare needs, coaching team members to do the same
• Engaging external stakeholders to promote locally commissioned services
• Managing efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses
• Ordering medicines, labeling, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions

You must have extensive pharmacy experience and be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
