We are seeking Early or Mid-Career Permanent Consultants to join our team. This role is perfect for those with a foundational consulting background or deep industry experience (typically 2 to 10 years of professional experience) who are looking to take the next step in their career with a clear path for growth. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from process optimization and digital transformation to large-scale regulatory change.

* Financial Services & Insurance Experience: Demonstrated experience across one or both sectors (e.g., Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, General Insurance, Life/Pensions).

* Outgoing & Collaborative: You are a confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles, can build strong relationships, and works effectively within a team environment.
* Experience Level: We are recruiting talented individuals at the early or mid-career stage (typically 2-10 years of relevant professional experience).
